CMA
CMA
Commercial Direct Fired Climate Control System
The CMA direct fired gas heating system from Temprite adds up to 16,000 CFM of warm, fresh and clean air to your work environment. The direct fired design results in 100% efficiency of combustion and no harmful by-products. As a result, the CMA costs about 20% less to operate and maintain than indirect gas heat.

Blade & Jamb Seals
Reduced Air Bypass
The seals and the dampers provide an airtight enclosure. A shutoff damper should be able to limit infiltration of cold outside air when the unit is off. Including edge and jamb seals on the CMA dampers matches the industry standard procedure for achieving low leakage and infiltration.
DDC Controls Standard
Patented Precision
The CMA is capable of more precise temperature control and real time on-board diagnostics thanks to the patented TracRite DDC control system (Patent #7,059,536). Interfacing with local networks is made easier since the TracRite system supports BACnet, LON, N2, and Modbus.
Structural Tube Frame
Cabinet Strength
Our 1" aluminum tube frame increases strength and improves the unit's structural integrity. You can be confident the CMA can withstand the test of time. Cabinet panels are inset into an extruded flange and fastened from the inside to minimize the chance for air and water intrusion. This assembly method also makes the CMA capable of up to 2.5 inches of external pressure...highest in the class of equipment.
Roof Overhang
clever Detail for Fewer Leaks
CMA designers work closely with Temprite engineering and service to add product details that minimize trouble for the owner. A simple thing like designing a 2 inch roof overhang might cost a little more to manufacture but the overhang comes in handy when it is raining and water tends to run down the side of units. Without this detail that surface water is more easily entrained into the unit and then into the building.
FACTORY MOUNTED AND WIRED VFD OPTIONAL
Match Fan Speed to Demand
The already lower operating costs of the CMA unit can be further enhanced with the optional VFD for the supply fans. Building thermal loads can vary widely, especially in very large warehouses and factories that might be operating 24/7. Adding the VFD option to the CMA, and integrating it with the TracRite DDC system, can result in significant operating cost savings by matching fan speeds to the demands of the building.
