Rooftop-Mounted Indirect Fired Product

The Temprite outdoor TIR unit offers complete flexibility to the engineer and owner to meet any rooftop-mounted design need. Controls can be set up for space heating, make-up air or a combination of both. DX or chilled water cooling coils are optional. The standard indirect fired space heater is a horizontal curb-mounted unit. CFM range is 4,000 to 46,000.
Optional cooling capacities range from 5 to 180 tons and heating output capacities range from 250,000 to 2,500,000 BTUH

Features

  • Basic unit configuration is for heating and cabinet is designed for either horizontal or down discharge supply air.
  • TIR units are "modular" in concept. Units can be configured for heating and ventilation, heating and cooling, 100 percent outside air, or mixed air.
  • Optional DX or CW cooling section includes pitched double outlet drain pan of stainless steel.
  • Mixing box module includes integral filter racks for up to 2 inch thick filers.
  • Filter-only section includes racks for up to 2 inch thick pleated filters.
  • Gas burner, induced draft fan, and controls are enclosed in weather resistant enclosures with hinged access doors.
  • Factory designed and manufactured inlet hood option with bird screen.
  • Factory designed and manufactured roof curb is designed with unit overhang to minimize and protect roof penetration.
  • Indirect fired heater is a two section, four pass, configuration. Both inlet sections are manufactured with series 400 stainless steel.
